The airport, International and National (joined by a corridor) are found 26km from Santiago. Both have a permanent transport service. The official name of Santiago International Airport is “Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez” (airport code: SCL); however, many Chileans simply refer to it as “Pudahuel,” the townships in which it is located in the western edge of the city.
Taxi: a taxi stand is located outside the first level of the airport, adjacent to the international customs exit. Taxis are available here 24 hours a day year round. The maximum amount to pay a taxi driver is in between $23 and $31 for service to Santiago. The official number for taxis is +56 (2) 6901381.

Bus: Located in the national arrivals area ant it's called the Centropuerto bus. Service that runs every 15 and 30 minutes and goes to the city center. There is a metro station stop called ‘Pajaritos’ for those who want to continue their journey to Viña del Mar / Valparaíso. Cost US$ 4.
