Fly fishing in the Maullín River

The Maullín river is found in the lake region, an ideal destination for fly fishing, primarily in boats.  In this river there are populations of fario trout, some up to five kilograms, and rainbow, Chinook, and coho salmon.  Fisherman in this area typically fish with flies, streamers, and nymphs.  The vegetation is quite dense, with abundant myrtle  forests.  There is also a lodge for those wishing to extend their stay.
