Located in the diverse Lastarria neighborhood in the Parque Forestal and opposite the Mapocho River, the Fine Arts Museum is Chile’s main center for the arts, when it comes to paintings, sculptures, drawings and photographs from Chile and the rest of the world. Declared a national monument, it hosts important exhibits and works by Rodin, Goya, Cezanne, Miró and Dalí have been displayed in the “Bellas Artes,” as Santiago residents call it.
