Pucón Mapuche Museum

This museum contains the ancestral heritage of the Araucania lake district, which the German man Francisco Tonck and his family accumulated beginning in 1906. After their initial contacts with the Mapuche people they decided to rescue part of their culture. Mask collections, lunar calendars, pipes, and musical instruments are on display for visitors.
