The center that was formerly known as Balmaceda 1215 offers free workshops to talented youth. Since enrollment is limited, applicants must successfully complete an audition before being admitted. The center has locations in Santiago, Valparaíso, Bío-Bío, Los Lagos, and, coming soon, Arica. The Santiago headquarters is located on Avenida Presidente Balmaceda 1215.
