El Yali National Reserve

Part of the list of the most important international wetlands of the Ramsar Convention, this area has 130 types of birds, mostly waterfowl and migratory species, which represent 28% of the national species.  Swans, herons and ducks hover between rivers, lagoons and estuaries, which in total account for 14 bodies of water that are home to amphibians, reptiles and mammals.
