Arica Hill

Arica Hill is located on the eastern coast of the City of Arica.  It is 130 meters high, and one of the city’s main attractions due to its excellent view from the top.  The hill was also a scene of part of the Pacific War, which was fought in the 19th c. between Chile and Peru.  It is possible to walk or drive to the top of the hill where, in addition to the view, visitors enjoy the History Museum.
