Easter Island's Moais


Located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, Easter Island is territory of Chile.  The isolated is considered a national heritage site because of the capacity of its people to maintain their culture.  The moais located on the island are stone sculptures made by island natives.  There are more than 800 moais on the island.
