This route begins in the remote location of Tortel, with its remarkable architectural characteristics that bear witness to an urban adaptation of a given geography. It then continues navigating for 17 miles through channels and fjords until reaching the beginning of an easily traversed footpath that leads to the Stefen Glacier.

It then continues navigating for 17 miles through channels and fjords until reaching the beginning of an easily traversed footpath that leads to the Stefen Glacier at one end of the Northern Ice Field, where one can see temperate rainforests, periglacial flora, and lake waterfowl. Direct contact with colonists to facilitate transportation.
