INGREDIENTES
- 1 tbsp red chili paste
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano, 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green chili peppers
- seeds removed
INSTRUCCIONES
- Step 1 - Combine chili paste, onion, garlic, cilantro and oregano in a bowl.
- Step 2 - Add oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Step 3 - Add green chili pepper and leave for a few minutes to let the flavors mingle.
- Step 4 - Serve very cold.
