El Laucho Beach, Arica and Parinacota Region

Zapatilla beach, Atacama Region

25 kilometers from Chañaral in the Atacama Region, it’s the beautiful Zapatilla beach. How to get there? While on the Ruta 5 you have to keep an eye for a sneaker (“zapatilla” in spanish) painted over a rock. This is an indication that you’re on the right path, and that you are only 2 kilometers away from your destination.

Among the different activities that you can enjoy are the small pools, perfect for children to enjoy the beach in a safe way. For the rest of the family the beach also has some big pools. Buchupureo Beach, Biobío Region

Buchupureo has some smooth sand and some big waves, making it one of the favorite beaches for surfers in the area, reaching heights from 1 meter up to 6 meters.
