“Chicha, chancho y piñeto”, that is the classical phrase which has been immortalized through years at the emblematic place called El Hoyo. It not only has the fidelity from their eaters but also several awards they have won through time; chef Anthony Bourdain admited this was the place in which he enjoyed his best Chilean food. Recommended in case you want to try tongue, blood sausage or the great pipeño.
