Location: Province of Palena, Los Lagos Region.
Distance: 54 km.
Travel time: 2 – 3 days.

Season: September to April.
Main attractions: As a route that combines local culture with the wooded landscapes of the Patagonian Andes, it can be considered truly representative of many of the trails located in the Chilean Patagonia. It retrieves historic paths that were used by the first colonists, through native forests of Coihue, Mañio and Arrayán along the banks of the Palena and Tranquilo Rivers and passing by Lakes Negra and Golondrinas. Visitors will come across some camping areas and in some parts of the trail will have to cross the rivers by boat or on horseback.
